Superdrug Mini Haul...

Hello Everyone!

I hope you're all having a great week so far - it's been a mad one for me!

So I went in to Superdrug to re stock on some empties - but as usual came out with a few extras!

So maybe a little boring to start with but very essential cleansing facial wipes, that also remove make up even waterproof mascara - bonus! These ones are Superdrug own brand on the grounds that they were 99p a pack - They have different wipes for different skin types, I picked up the combination ones. I actually really like these the wipes are quite thick as in they don't fall apart when you wipe your face and the scent is fresh but not too overpowering. They also have witch hazel in them which is great for spots and breakouts. Absolute bargain!

Next up we have my all time favourite clean and clear - I have raved about these facial scrubs time and time again - There not too harsh on the skin and are gentle enough to use twice a day everyday and the added bonus is that Superdrug have them on buy one get one free so I have stocked up!
So I have the morning energy shine control daily scrub (the green one) and as the title suggests this is a big help if you have oily skin like me - like my skin is ridiculous so anything that helps oil control is a winner for me. This contains lemongrass and fruit extracts in and has a lovely citrus fragrance. I also picked up the morning energy skin brightening daily facial scrub (yellow one) this one I haven't used yet - but it says it gently exfoliates for visibly brighter skin, which appealed to me as my skin tends to look tired and worn out - haha! it's all the studying! - So I'm really interested to see if I look brighter after using - I will give a better review of this one when I have used it a while.

I really do love the clean and clear range - believe it or not I'm 29 years young and I still get spots and break outs so I still go for products that help combat spots and this is the best range I have ever tried. I think I have said before in a previous post that these scrubs are brilliant at getting to the 'under the skin' spots - you know the irritating ones that just sit there? These scrubs bring all of those to the surface (I know skin will look really spotty for a few days while it brings them all to the surface) but with four days all the spots have cleared. It's worth the (oh my god) for a few days :)

Superdrug had a 3 for 2 offer across most make up brands - much to my joy - So I purchased another two spring shades of Barry M's speed dry nail enamel - Full throttle which is a gorgeous peach colour and Pole position which is a very spring mint green colour - I am completely in love with these nail polishes the pastel shades are spot on for spring and it does exactly as it says on the bottle - speed dry! as it was 3 for 2 I also picked up the Barry M all in one, base coat, top coat and nail hardener. Does a great job of keeping nail polish chip free - I am on day three of nail polish and there's not one chip in my colour - not bad as i have an office job which involves typing!

I had run out of concealer! (my worst nightmare!) so as I was in Superdrug I decided to pick up Rimmel wake me up concealer.. I am absolutely LOVING Rimmel just lately their foundations and their 25 hour Primer is just spot on. So I have the wake me up foundation which I love so when I saw the concealer i thought why not? It is as great as i'd hoped for, this is excellent at covering dark circles and acne scars. very easy to build and blend. I picked up the shade Ivory as i'm fairly pale, at it is a great colour match. Very happy with this product well done Rimmel!

The final purchase was antibacterial hand gel - I always have carex to hand and this one is part of the fun edition - smells like strawberry laces - brings out my inner child!

So that is my mini Superdrug haul. As always let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Emz xoxo
